Thank you for choosing one of our affiliated Watson & Taylor facilities for your personal or business storage needs. We value your trust in our facility, and we work diligently to provide a clean and well maintained atmosphere including video surveillance and controlled access gate systems. However, our lease states, as your landlord, we are not responsible for your goods during your transport and storage in your unit. Unforeseen events do occur, as both of us are aware - fire, windstorm or hurricane, water damage, or even burglary and theft.  

If you have Homeowners or Business Insurance that extends to your stored property, please bring a copy of your policy to our property manager for safekeeping in your lease contract file.  It's just good business for both of us.  If you don't have insurance currently, we strongly urge you to take our low cost Stored Property insurance for only $0.30/day.  And, Watson & Taylor will give you a stainless steel disk lock FREE and we will 100% waive the $100 per claim deductible if your unit is vandalized or burgled.  Our property manager will explain the details of how to sign up for this coverage during your move-in, and we will just add the insurance cost to your rent each month. It's a smart thing to do, and you'll have peace of mind  after you complete your move.

Moving? Need to save money on renting a moving truck? Whether you are moving a few blocks across town or many miles across the country, we can help you solve these problems. Need a car carrier or a commercial lift gate - no problem - we'll get it set up for you! Every truck has power steering, automatic transmission, power brakes, AM/FM radio, air conditioning, and those important loading/unloading ramps for safe transport of your personal property.  And, if you need an appliance dolly or protective furniture pads, we can add those to your clean and fully fueled truck when you arrive at our store.  All you need is a regular operator and valid driver's license (no commercial license is required for short term rentals), a copy of your liability insurance, and a valid credit card.
