From I-30 or Hwy 75 (Central Expressway), traveling south to north from downtown Dallas, exit 1B-
Haskell/Blackburn, cross Blackburn intersection on access road, traveling from Haskell 0.3 mile north to find property on right (eastside) of access road.

From the North

From I-635 or Hwy 75 (Central Expressway), traveling north to south towards downtown Dallas, exit
1B-Haskell/Blackburn, travel access road to Haskell intersection, making legal U-turn north on access road for Central Expressway, travel 0.3 mile north to find property on right (eastside) of access road.

From the East or West

There is no direct entry to the property from the East or West, please find the north bound Central Expressway access road north of Haskell but south of Fitzhugh to find the property on the right (eastside) of access road.
