We're glad to have you at Watson & Taylor and we want you to have the best storage experience possible. You store with us because you trust our facility to be clean and safe. However, our lease states that, as your landlord, we are not responsible for your goods while they are in your unit.
We strongly urge you to insure your goods in your storage unit with your Homeowners or Renters Insurance or with our convenient, low-cost Stored Property Insurance (about $0.26 per day!). Ask our manager for details during your lease up.
